Located in Sannogawa, Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa—an area selected as one of “Japan’s 100 Best Satoyama Villages”—our Jazz Brewing Fujino brewery sits quietly within a serene rural landscape. We invite you to tour our small brewery and enjoy a tasting while hearing the stories behind each brew—an experience only possible at this intimate scale. Beer will also be available for purchase on the day.

About the event
The Sanogawa area has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Satoyama in Japan." JAZZ BREWING FUJINO is located in this quiet Satoyama, surrounded by mountains and rivers.
This tour will be guided by brewery owner and brewer Kai Yamaguchi .
Yamaguchi brings both his experience working with sound as a sound engineer and his perspective on ingredients, cultivated through his work in agriculture, to his beer brewing. Temperature, time, the rhythm of fermentation. He understands these things not just as numbers, but as sensations, as he carefully works with malt, hops, and live beer yeast.
All of JAZZ BREWING FUJINO's beers are handcrafted in small batches, and we place great importance on brewing in a way that brings out the unique characteristics of the ingredients and the fermentation process, something that is difficult to achieve with mass production.
